Fantastic time sorting for copper. The ore piles contain a lot of natural copper and it was a rush finding pieces. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Definitely something to look into if you're in the area.
This is a must do if you love rocks, geology, or treasure hunting. Staff is top notch, piles of ore are full of naturel copper, and you can get supplies to clean your samples at the gift shop. We love sharing our finds with friends and proudly stating we collected these ourselves.
